Pickaxes multiply a miner
You do not swing these tools. Every summoned character starts on a wooden pickaxe. A bought pickaxe multiplies the damage of the character who holds it, so the best copy belongs on the highest base damage you plan to keep.
How to buy and equip
- Unlock the zone whose shop sells the tier you need. Early cash cannot buy the endgame tools in the starter shop.
- Buy the stock on the stall. Sessions show small caps, often a handful of copies such as 3 to 6, so one purchase may not cover the whole crew.
- At the plot, hand a pickaxe to a miner or press Equip Best.
- Pickaxes in those tests stayed in inventory. They were not durability items.

One Ruby swap in testing moved a miner from 29 SX to 178 SX. A later 100,000x Legendary moved that same kind of build into SP damage. Those are session results, not a formula you can apply to every unit.
Quartz was in stock, and one Sapphire copy was quoted at 16 quadrillion, in an October 10, 2026 session. Multipliers for those two names were not stated.
A separate deep-shop entry was listed at 39 UD with no multiplier beside it.
Who gets the best one
Because the bonus multiplies the holder, a 100,000x tool on an Exotic or other high base unit beats the same tool on a common miner. Replace the common later instead of buying a second premium stock for it.
